Fire Proofing Contractor – Marine Road

Kernel Construction were the main fire proofing contractor on Marie Road.  This commercial fire proofing project included all fireproofing to wall & floor penetrations with a protected staircase over 3 no levels. It also included upgrading existing doors and frames to achieve half hour fire protection.  Rockwool fire barrier/ blanket was used to extend the fire rating from blockwork walls at first floor ceiling level to underside of roofing felt in the attic space.
