Completed in November 2017 with an estimated value of €190k, Kelliher Miller were the leading architects.  This project consistent of a mix of conservation work, upgrading the existing structure and a completion of a new 2 storey extension.  The conservation element consisted of making good and retaining existing lime lath and plaster ceiling, wire and washer method.
